Mr. Harrison was my 8th grade Science teacher at Chapman Middle School. Actually he was my Favorite of all of the teachers. I remember thinking how lucky his daughter Alicia was for having such a "cool" dad. Not only would he teach us Science, but he would often laugh and tell the class jokes. It was always fun to be around him. He will be missed!! Christy "Stout" My fondest memory of him was the day that Bon Jovi was going to be in concert at the Civic Center. The kids at school were so excited and looking forward to it, that he just walked into the classroom, went straight to his desk, jumped on top of it, and started singing "SHOT THROUGH THE HEART AND YOUR TO BLAME, DARLIN YOU GIVE LOVE A BAD NAME!!"LOL!! (bon jovi song). It was hilarious!! The whole class laughed so hard! Anyway, I will forever remember that moment, and also his smile, his help and the example he was to his family and many others!
